Paragliding for the First Time: What Happens on Babadağ?

No experience is needed to paraglide for the first time: you fly tandem from Babadağ with a licensed pilot. There's a short briefing before take-off, the flight usually lasts 30–40 minutes and you land on Ölüdeniz beach.
Step by step, take-off to landing
From the meeting point (or your hotel, if you chose pickup) you drive up to the take-off area on Babadağ. Your pilot fits your equipment and explains that you need to run a few steps for take-off. Once the wing fills, your feet leave the ground and the pilot does the rest.
You land at the landing area on Ölüdeniz beach. On landing, just lift your feet or walk as the pilot tells you.
Weight and age limits
There's no age limit. The weight limit is 100 kg; for heavier passengers we arrange a heavy-passenger pilot (extra charge). If you have any health questions, message us before booking.
Photos and video
Pilots take photos and video during the flight; the package is optional and costs 2,000 TL. If you fly with a female pilot, photos and video are included.
If the weather is bad
If the wind or weather isn't suitable for flying, the flight moves to another time or day; if no suitable day is found, you get a refund.
