2. Main characteristics of the service

Tour name, Date, Session / ticket type / boat, Number of people and age groups, Transport: hotel pickup yes / no, Selected extras. The tour's program, its duration, and the services included and not included in the price are stated on the tour's page on the website and form part of this form.

3. Price

Total price including all taxes: Total. Discount or coupon, if any. Items not included in the price that may be paid separately during the tour (e.g. archaeological site entrance, drinks) are specified on the tour page.

4. Payment

Selected payment method: 20% prepayment by credit card (the payment link is sent via WhatsApp) or by bank transfer/EFT, with the balance on the tour day; or no prepayment, with the full amount on the tour day. To be paid now: Prepayment. To be paid in cash in TL on the tour day: Balance. For tours priced in euros, this amount is converted into TL at the foreign exchange selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye on the day of payment.

5. Performance of the service

The service is provided on Date according to the tour program. If hotel pickup has been selected, the pickup time is communicated before the tour day; if it has not been selected, the guest makes their own way to the communicated meeting point. If weather and sea conditions are not safe, the tour is postponed or cancelled.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services relating to leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date. Nevertheless, Prime Turist charges no fee for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour time and refunds the full prepayment (see section 7).

7. Cancellation and refund

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour time. In the case of a later cancellation or a no-show, the prepayment is not refunded. For tours cancelled due to weather conditions or by us, a new date or a full refund. The refund is made by the method with which the payment was made, within 14 days at the latest.

8. Complaints and applications

You can submit your complaints using the contact details above. Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee of your place of residence or of the place where you received the service, and above these limits to the consumer court. You can also make applications through the Consumer Information System (tuketici.ticaret.gov.tr).

2.Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 – Parties

Seller: Villa Trendi Turizm Seyahat Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Prime Turist); its details are set out in section 1 of the Pre-Contract Information Form.

Buyer: Full name, Phone, E-mail, if any. The buyer accepts that they also act on behalf of the other persons in the booking.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this contract is the sale of the tour service that the buyer has booked through primeturist.com and whose characteristics are set out in the Pre-Contract Information Form, and the rights and obligations of the parties. Booking code: Code.

Article 3 – Service, price and payment

The service, price and payment details are as set out in sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Pre-Contract Information Form and form an integral part of this contract.

Article 4 – Formation of the contract

The buyer's confirming that they have read this contract and the Pre-Contract Information Form and sending the booking request constitutes an offer to contract. The contract is formed when the seller checks availability and confirms the booking by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. If there is no availability, the contract is not formed; if a prepayment has been received, it is refunded in full.

Article 5 – Obligations of the seller

The seller provides the service with the characteristics stated on the tour page and in the Pre-Contract Information Form, in compliance with the relevant legislation and in a safe manner, and communicates the pickup time in due time. Even if the tour is operated by a business the seller works with, the seller's liability towards the buyer continues.

Article 6 – Obligations of the buyer

The buyer accepts that the information they provided in the booking is accurate, that they will be ready at the pickup time, that they will comply with the age, health and safety conditions on the tour page and with the instructions of the guide/captain, and that on tours abroad they will hold a valid passport and, if required, a visa. For bookings without prepayment, the buyer agrees to reply to the confirmation message by 12:00 one day before the tour day and, if unable to come, to give notice at least 24 hours in advance; if the buyer does not reply, their place may be given to another guest.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refund

The right of withdrawal and the cancellation and refund conditions are as set out in sections 6 and 7 of the Pre-Contract Information Form.

Article 8 – Force majeure

If the service cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, severe weather and sea conditions, epidemics, war or decisions of official authorities, the seller offers a new date; if the buyer does not accept it, the full amount paid is refunded.

Article 9 – Disputes

For disputes arising from this contract, consumer arbitration committees are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts are competent above these limits.

Article 10 – Entry into force

This contract consists of 10 articles. By ticking the confirmation box on the booking page, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted the Pre-Contract Information Form and this contract. In accordance with Article 4, the contract enters into force upon the seller's confirmation.
