1.Parties and scope
primeturist.com belongs to Villa Trendi Turizm Seyahat Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Prime Turist", "we"). Our company is a Group A travel agency registered with TÜRSAB under certificate number 17020. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website and to bookings made via the website, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract also apply to bookings.
2.Nature of the service
The website offers day tours and activities departing from Fethiye and the surrounding area. Some of the tours are operated by us, and some by boat, safari, paragliding and similar businesses we work with. Tour programs, times and stops may be changed by the guide or captain according to weather, sea and road conditions; these changes are made for safety.
3.Booking
- The form on the website is a booking request. When your request reaches us, you are given a booking code.
- We check availability and confirm your booking by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. The booking becomes final upon our confirmation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the form (name, phone, hotel, number of people and ages). We cannot be held responsible if the pickup cannot be made due to incorrect information.
- The hotel pickup time is communicated to you before the tour day. You must be ready in front of your hotel at the pickup time.
4.Prices and payment
- Prices are set in Turkish lira (TL); some tours abroad (e.g. Rhodes) are priced in euros. If you select another currency on the website, the amount shown is a conversion for information only, made at the foreign exchange selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Prices include VAT. What is and is not included in the price is stated on each tour's page.
- Payment options:
- 20% prepayment, credit card: the secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp; the balance is paid on the tour day.
- 20% prepayment, bank transfer / EFT: sent to our company account; the balance is paid on the tour day.
- No prepayment: the full amount is paid on the tour day. With this option, a confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp one day before the tour day; if it is not answered by 12:00 on that day, the place may be given to another guest.
- Payment on the tour day is made in cash in Turkish lira; for tours priced in euros (e.g. Rhodes), the amount is converted into TL at the foreign exchange selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye on the day of payment.
- Coupon and campaign discounts are not combined; if both apply, the higher one is applied. The discount applies only to the tour price (it does not apply to transport and extras) and is calculated at the time of booking.
5.Cancellation, changes and weather conditions
- No fee is charged for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour time; the full prepayment is refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time and in the event of a no-show, the prepayment is not refunded. For bookings without prepayment, no additional fee is requested.
- Date changes are made free of charge, as far as availability allows.
- If weather, sea or road conditions are not suitable for the tour to take place, or if the tour is cancelled by us, you will be offered another date or the full amount you paid will be refunded.
- Refunds are made by the method with which the payment was made, within 14 days at the latest.
6.Guest obligations
- To comply with the age, weight, health and experience limits stated on the tour pages (e.g. paragliding, rafting, scuba diving). To disclose conditions such as pregnancy, heart conditions or recent surgery at the time of booking.
- To follow the safety instructions of guides, captains and instructors.
- On tours abroad (e.g. Rhodes), to hold a valid passport and, if required, a visa. Problems arising from visa and passport control are the guest's responsibility.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the tour.
7.Liability
We exercise the necessary care to organize the tours safely; insurance is taken out for our guests on all tours. We are not liable for damage arising from the guest's failure to follow instructions, the guest's failure to disclose their health condition, the loss of personal belongings not handed over to us or to the tour team, or force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, official decisions, etc.). We are, however, liable by law for damage arising from our own fault and from the fault of the businesses with which we jointly operate the tour.
8.Website content
The texts, photographs, logo and design on the website belong to Prime Turist or to persons from whom we have obtained permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission. Crawling the website in bulk with automated tools, misusing the forms or making attempts that would harm the website is prohibited.
9.Reviews
Reviews you send after the tour are published on the website, after our approval, with your first name and the initial of your surname. Reviews containing insults, personal information or advertising are not published. We do not alter reviews; we only publish them or do not publish them.
11.Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. A booking is subject to the terms in force on the date on which that booking was made.
12.Disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. For applications you make as a consumer, consumer arbitration committees are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts are competent above these limits. For other disputes, the Fethiye courts and enforcement offices are competent.
